**About the role**

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As part of the Total Portfolio Management and Resilience team, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the execution of internal trade orders, including portfolio rebalancing, dynamic asset allocation, and exposure management. You’ll also help manage derivative exposures and cash investments, monitor markets, and provide implementation advice.

Day to day, you'll:

- Undertake research and analysis to help shape and implement the Trading strategy.
- Build, maintain, and improve data models, frameworks, and tools that support the Trading team.
- Develop and deliver timely, accurate reports that support agreement negotiations.
- Form trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate across investment business units.
- Assist with governance and compliance obligations, ensuring quality and timeliness.

This role is **permanent** opportunity.

- You’ve earned tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics.- You have experience working in a relevant area of finance.
- You understand the Australian superannuation industry and how your work impacts members.
- You bring advanced research and analytical skills to support strategic decision-making.
- You’re a clear communicator—both in writing and in person—and know how to tailor your message to different audiences.
- You build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team.
- You’re confident using investment systems and tools, and you pay close attention to detail.
- You may also have experience in the investment domain and understand financial modelling and valuation principles.
