**About the role**

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join The Hills Principals Network team. In this role, you’ll provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director of Educational Leadership and play a key part in helping schools, principals, families, and communities across the network.

You’ll be the go-to person for coordination, communication, and day-to-day support, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference by supporting school leaders and helping local communities thrive.

**About you**

You’re an organised and adaptable professional who thrives in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and building positive relationships
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Confidence in managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Previous experience in a school environment (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Ability to engage with, and effectively manage customer expectations
- Demonstrate and maintain a high level of personal motivation

**Key Knowledge and Experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Working with Children Check for paid employment
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
