
IT Administration Officer

Join this leading Australian national transport and logistics services business and you will be provided with the challenge of undertaking administrative help desk support tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of the company’s IT and network systems at its head office in Sydney’s Western suburbs.
Reporting to the IT Manager you will have experience in IT help desk support and administration, preferably in the transport and / or industrial services industries.
**Key responsibilities include -**
Data follow up
- Data Doctor
- ADSO help desk support - setup (by telephone or occasionally by visiting sites) and ADSO testing
- Internal user set-up including scanner users and types
- Hardware/licences inventory/documentation
- Preparing invoices for payment
- Purchasing of equipment
- Client reports
- Timesheets
- Attending to calls of IT department
- Minute taking for IT department
- General office/administrative duties - Stationery and kitchen stock orders and office upkeep Health and Safety
- At all times ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures an
**Your expertise will include the following -**
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Strong IT administrative skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- IT Tertiary qualifications, preferred
High level Microsoft Office, administration, office support, communication skills and a strong eye for detail are essential in the important IT support position.
