The Role You Could Play
- We’re looking for an analytical and proactive Retail Supply & Consumables Analyst to join our Central Operations team at MECCA. In this role, you’ll ensure our stores are always equipped with the right supplies and consumables — from testers to packaging — by managing forecasts, analysing usage trends, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- You’ll play a key part in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our retail supply chain operations.
- In this role you will:
- Manage and coordinate weekly tester, packaging, and consumable orders across stores.- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.- Maintain accurate records and reporting on inventory, usage, and spend.- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.- Provide support to stores via JIRA and drive proactive problem-solving for supply-related issues.

What You Will Bring
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in retail operations, supply chain, procurement or replenishment.- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data; SQL knowledge is a plus.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
