**Description**:
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting People and Culture role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a People and Culture BP at Pillow Talk, you’ll partner with the Supply Chain leadership team to set, own, and execute a People Agenda which aims to create a working environment that inspires people to fulfil their potential. Alongside the delivery of big picture objectives, you’ll execute day-to-day HR activities which include talent aquisition, on-boarding, inducting/goal setting, remuneration setting and review, ER, line manager coaching, training and development, administering benefits, succession planning, contract consultations, disciplinary/exit. You will additionally take the lead in all things OH&S, ensuring our Health and Safety practices are in-line with legislation, and more importantly, that they keep our people and customers safe.

A bit about you...

Experience within a HR advisory or business partnering capacity, ideally within the retail sector (or similar)
CIPD qualified, or equivalent experience
Thorough understanding of Employment and H&S legislation
Ability to translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the Supply Chain area of our business
Ability to coach business leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organisation effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics
Experience in designing, monitoring, and measurement of HR metric/KPIs, to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention
Proven experience designing and executing workforce planning initiatives, and identifying critical succession planning needs
Demonstrated experience in enhancing employee development through design of fit-for-purpose goal-setting agendas, and overseeing the formal performance review and calibration process
A facilitator of strong communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business
Ability to adapt working style to fit the needs of the teams
Contemporary thinker, and dynamic in your approach to handing a broad range of people scenarios
An achiever who is driven to deliver, with an unwavering desire and ability to effect change
An influencer who is highly personable, confident and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships across the business
