District Manager

**The role**:
**We are looking for a District Manager to join our fast-growing Pest Elimination business, this opportunity will cover the state of QLD. Reporting into the Operations Manager for Australia, the new District Manager will play an integral role in ensuring the continued success and expansion of our Pest Management Services within our commercial client base. The successful applicant will have a management background and will thrive in an environment where they are tasked with upskilling and coaching a team of Pest Technician’s. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer centric manager to own customer relationships and negotiations with market leading companies within food manufacturing, hospitality and aged care within QLD.**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- ** Be an advocate of WHS policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment**:

- ** Coach, upskill and succession plan across a team of Pest Service Specialists**:

- ** Support sales growth through effective operational planning along with team workforce planning**:

- ** Full ownership of the P&L for the state of QLD**:

- ** Conduct business review meetings across major customer accounts, taking responsibility for pricing and contractual negotiations**:

- ** Work closely with the sales team to identify and scope new business opportunities across the state of QLD**:

- ** Build and maintain key customer relationships to drive business growth**:

- ** An advocate for safety in the workplace**:

- ** People management experience along with performance management exposure**:

- ** A track record of financial management including management of a P&L**:

- ** A passion for offering tailored customer solutions and delivering customer service excellence**:

- ** A background in a service-related industry**:

- ** A problem-solving mindset with the ability to create and implement strategic plans**:
