**About the role**

The Support Officer, Corporate Accommodation operates within a dynamic and evolving environment, providing support across the entire department and is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and expert advice regarding corporate office accommodation policies and guidelines, with a primary focus on property management.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Corporate Accommodation team by facilitating a variety of leasing and property management functions. This contribution supports the agency's ability to achieve departmental policies and strategic goals.

The Support Officer processes corporate accommodation requests and handles enquiries related to maintenance, office accommodation issues, soft facilities management services, invoicing, and security access cards.

The officer provides flexible and specialised property advice and management services. This ensures that Asset Strategy and Business Performance successfully achieves its operational objectives through the implementation of efficient and effective work practices.

**Desirable**: Diploma and/or similar qualification in Property
***Special conditions**

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**

ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
