**Your tasks**:

- Customer Support & Operations
- Provide proactive support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and send correspondence, reports, quotations, and tenders
- Maintain accurate service records and files
- Maintain contract database with accurate records
- Manage spare parts stock inventory and monitor associated costs
- Utilize SAP or similar ERP system to manage operational data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and maintain client portfolios Accounting & Cost Management
- Process business and financial transactions (delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, payments, credits
- Cost accounting and inventory valuation
- Assist in managing financial data (budgets, forecasts, financial statements)
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

**Your qualifications**:

- 2-3 years in a similar administrative or coordinative role with a finance focus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a financial focus
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (desirable)
- Experience with financial management, analysis, and planning
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills (e.g., financial modeling, pivot tables)
- Intermediate to advanced financial analysis and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field**Our offer**:
