- You are Self-Driven. The only motivation you need is getting the job, your performance is built off an inner drive to be a winner with a high emotional need to succeed.
- Accountability is what you love, with an eagerness to review the scoreboard, track your results and find where you can get better.
- You do whatever it takes to develop yourself, produce and be successful
- You enjoy the team environment, getting feedback, supporting others and contributing to the team culture
- You have successful Sales/Setting experience
- Average is a word that disgusts you, you’re always taking immediate action, owning the facts and being part of the solution
