**The opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced **Workshop Supervisor - Planner & Co-ordinator.**

The purpose of the position is to organise and assist with the control of the Service department to meet the operational standards, effectively manage service and defect management reports, co-ordinate estimation and planned works in direct consultation with the Service Manager and Supervision teams.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Previous experience in field service and or workshop based roles
- Trade Certificate Diesel Fitter, Mechanical Fitter or Fitter/Machinist would be highly regarded
- Experience with both Dynamics and personal computers
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
- Appropriate demeanour for supervising, and assisting to create a positive “team atmosphere”
- Ability to communicate with end users at all levels, demonstrate an interest and understanding of end user operations and service requirements
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- High level of technical experience with Komatsu + other OEM product ranges
