With a collaborative team culture and strong ties to its Melbourne Head Office, this organisation is driving growth across Australia and is now seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead its Brisbane operations.

Your new role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and workshop, managing a small team and ensuring efficient order fulfilment, inventory control, and freight coordination. You'll play a key role in maintaining safety standards, liaising with transport providers, and supporting production and logistics processes. This is a leadership role with a strong operational focus and the opportunity to shape warehouse culture and performance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Certificate III or IV in Warehousing Operations or Logistics
  • Current forklift licence and solid understanding of OH&S practices
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management
  • Strong MS Office and SAP skills
  • Heavy Industry Warehouse leadership experience (preferred)
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and leadership abilities
  • A proactive, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
