**Your New Role**
Are you an internal sales professional? Maybe you are looking to start your career in this area. My client is looking to take someone on and teach them the ropes in this dynamic and challenging office-based position. You will:
- **Answer inbound telephone calls**:

- **Attend to customer enquiries, quotes and follow-ups**:

- **Review and process orders**:

- **Prepare internal reports**:

- **Provide production department schedule specifying manufacturing requirements for orders**:

- **Assist the Sales Manager with creation and distribution of price list**

**Furthermore, **you will learn strong customer service skills, technical knowledge of electronic components, and have sales training and development opportunities to develop your career.**You will be,** an energetic and positive individual who is looking to take on a role with continual training opportunities. To be successful in this role you will have:
- **Intermediate MS Office Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Office 365**:

- **The ability to multi-task and learn technical information**:

- **Friendly and professional phone manner**:

- **A high level of accuracy and attention to detail**:

- **Excellent time management and organisational skills**
