**About the role - Spare Parts & Customer Service Administrator**

A Spare Parts & Customer Service Administrator role has become available at their Yatala site on the northern Gold Coast. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of both the service and sales teams. The role itself will provide the main point of contact to assist customers and dealers with their service and spare parts enquiries.

**Duties**
- Greet walk in customers and attend to over-counter enquiries, spare parts sales and internal sales queries.
- Answer incoming phone calls and perform appropriate action required from customer enquiries
- Process quotes, orders, payments, and invoices.
- Order management to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Mechanical aptitude or a background in spare parts.
- Strong Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physically fit and well presented.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
