About the Role

We're on the hunt for a confident and driven Phone-Based Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join the team at our Queensland office.

This is a Casual roll but for the right person will lead to full-time sales role where you'll be speaking with pre-qualified, genuinely interested homeowners who've requested a quote. You'll be responsible for understanding their needs, building trust, and offering smart, cost-saving solar solutions.

Base wage + super + uncapped commissions

Warm inbound leads daily – no cold calling

OTE $150K–$250K+ realistically achievable

Great team culture + in-office energy


What You'll Be Doing
  • Calling warm leads who've requested solar quotes – no cold calling
  • Understanding each customer's energy needs and budget
  • Educating customers on the benefits of solar and battery systems
  • Quoting and closing deals over the phone using our proven sales process
  • Meeting daily/weekly KPIs and working towards your income goals
  • Collaborating with our internal team to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
  • Previous phone sales experience (solar is a bonus)
  • Confident, clear communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
  • Open to coaching and growth – we invest in our people
