**Records Information Officer - City of Parramatta Council**

**3 week temp contract - Possibility of extension**
- Temp Government contract
- $40ph + super
- ASAP start - Initial 3 week contract (Possibility of extension)
- Parramatta location/Potential for hybrid depending on experience
- Full time, Monday to Friday

**The role**:

- Coordinate requests for information from the community, organisations and government
- Responding to Customer enquiries and requests for GIPA’s, Subpoena’s, Notices to Produce and Court Orders served upon council in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive issues using discretion, good judgment with the release of information
- Enter, create, maintain and extract data/information from databases, EDRMS, pathway, spread sheets

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Electronic Document Records Management Systems (EDRMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 weeks

**Salary**: $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
