Immediate start available for a Finance / Administration Officer within a growing not-for-profit organisation based in Parramatta.

This is an urgent role to fill, ongoing temporary opportunity.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Finance Administration Officer. This is a key role within this small and supportive team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our finance, administration functions and office management functions.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
**Finance Administration**
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Accurately input invoice details into the financial system.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Regularly update and reconcile invoice records to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any system-related issues.
- Assign appropriate cost codes to invoices for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Maintain a systematic and organised coding system.

**General Administrative and Office Management**:

- Assist in general office management tasks.
- Maintain and update financial and administrative records.
