Do you have a passion for automotive products? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and providing great customer service? If so, our client has a very exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Service Officer. It is a permanent full-time position within a company that provides great opportunities for growth.

Our client is a well-established company, that is proud to be a leading importer and distributor of Car Audio, Aftermarket Automotive Accessory, and Electronic Products around Australia and NZ. Working with renowned brands such as AERPRO, Clarion, Gator, Crystal M, and Thinkware, they consistently deliver high-quality products to the retail market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engaging directly with dealers, customers, and consumers to address inquiries about product information, returns, and repair/replacement status.
- Supporting the Service Manager and collaborating with the team to process Credit Claims, handle inbound goods, manage returns, and dispatch repaired/replaced items.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding ongoing service requests.

**About You**:

- Possess a strong willingness to learn and demonstrate enthusiasm for innovative automotive products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Exhibits a pleasant and professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in the Aftermarket Automotive Industry or a genuine interest in automotive electronics
