Exciting opportunity for a liaison officer to join a state government department

**Your new company**

This dynamic and busy industrial organisation are seeking a Liaison Officer to join their busy department. Needing someone for work full time hours on an initial temporary basis.

**Your new role**

As a Liaison Officer your duties will include but not limited to:

- Provide a liaison service for patients, families, and carers
- Coordination and drafting of correspondence
- Responding to consumer complaints, care opinions and ministerial enquiries
- Facilitate an integrated consumer engagement/participation system in support of associated regulatory frameworks

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive clinical stakeholder engagements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
