**What my role exists to do**:
This role is hands-on and involves key stakeholder management. The Own Channel Delivery Specialist must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. They must work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of campaigns & initiatives.

**Where does my role fit?**

WooliesX works in an Agile framework of Tribes, Practices, Chapters and Squads.

This role provides the opportunity to be part of a Tribe who are responsible for the design, delivery and launch of new exciting offerings to drive increased member loyalty across our ecosystem. Working within an end2end Tribe in an agile operating model, this is an exciting opportunity to innovate and shape how Woolworths interact with their customers.

The role sits within the Digital Media Practice, whose goal it is to establish an industry leading Digital Media team and scale our Digital Media Advertising, Trading and Data Driven Delivery capabilities to drive incremental customer, supplier and business value.

As part of the Media Implementation: Build & Code Chapter, the role focuses on optimised data driven delivery of campaigns across all owned channels that is ‘Customer 1st’.

**What am I accountable to deliver?**
- Create dynamic attributes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s unique scripting language AMPscript
- Champion & execute a personalisation and one to one communications approach
- Use technical advances/approaches to optimise campaign deliverability
- Communicate opportunities based on observations to drive incremental customer LTV(Lifetime Value)
- Execute according to the campaign calendar and ensure campaigns are developed on time and within budget
- Review accuracy in communications including: copy, product and terms & conditions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

**How will I be measured?**
- Deliverability of all campaign activity as per campaign calendar
- Development of collaborative working relationships and support from key stakeholders/suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
- Delivery of a consistent brand experience across all initiatives
- High standard of campaign quality
- Campaigns built to brief, by deadline and within budget
- Campaign Effectiveness
- Speed to market and operational efficiency
- KPIs: Business and Personal

- Own Channel Delivery Builders and Specialists within the Chapter
- Squad members including Campaign Analysts, Designers, Loyalty and Marketing Executives and Product Owners.

- Agency and service providers as required

**What knowledge and experiential requirements do I need to be successful?
**Essential**
- Expert in HTML and CSS
- Proficient in AMPscript
- Experience working with customer databases and/or complex data
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Attention to detail with a high standard of verbal and written communication
- Customer-centric thinker
- Strong analytical ability and technically savvy
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to deliver high quality outcomes in a timely manner
- Must be able to multitask to meet deadlines while maintain high quality of work

**Desirable**
- Experience in JSON
- E-Commerce Systems and CMS experience
- Social media experience
- Experience in lifecycle management
- Digital or Direct Marketing experienc
