
Inside Sales Channel Specialist

The Inside Channel Account Specialist based in our Sydney office drives sales through leveraging the current account base, named reseller accounts, leads, reseller partners and specified vertical market segments. The core focus is selling ESET solutions including upselling, cross selling and leveraging ESET’s award winning software to build brand recognition in the Australia market behind solid technology.
Job description
**Key responsibilities**
- Improve and optimize channel relationships in order to drive growth of the business
- Identify new opportunities and recruit new channel partners
- Creating sales pitches
- Executing sales objectives and 6 month targets
- Creating sales quotes and responding to RFPs
- Maintaining sales certifications and knowledge of all ESET products
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Identifying and creating a comprehensive pipeline
- Forecasting accurately to management and ability to close against forecast
- Build long-term relationships with new accounts and existing partners
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Researching market and industry trends
- Works closely with sales operations and sales team, leveraging the pre sales architects to close deals and manage pipelines.
**Role Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- A strong motivation for closing deals with a deep customer-centric mindset
- Proven track record of account management skills, preferably in the IT field
- Achievement orientated, team focused
- Proven track record in crafting win-win strategies with strong negotiation skills
- A strong personal interest in cybersecurity, data security and relevant market trends
