Join the CBRE team supporting the Charter Hall account — one of Australia’s leading property groups — as our Business Support Manager. This is a high-impact role, perfect for a proactive operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and wants to be part of a strong, client-focused team, reporting to the Account Lead.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Administration Managers based in each state across administration, systems, and reporting.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align support services with the strategic priorities of the Charter Hall account.
- Drive process improvement, compliance, and operational consistency across the portfolio.
- Oversee team performance, development, and engagement to foster a high-performance culture.
- Responsible for tacking KPIs for the Services Agreement including People, Financial and Contract Management.
- Manage the recruitment cycle and contracting function of all staff ensuring processes are followed.
- Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives and events in line with agreed L&D plans
- Issue internal engagement survey annually, collate feedback and support with implementing outcomes.
