**Description**

The audit and assurance group at Hall Chadwick will provide you with the experience of working on large profitable clients listed on ASX and some small to medium enterprises.

You will be responsible for the effective management of audit clients and the continuous development of a good team that has been stable for a few years.

**Responsibilities**

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Providing leadership, support, and resources to a dedicated team of professionals.
- Planning and organising staff and resources to meet client and firm commitments
- Working with the Partner on potential business opportunities and developing these into a valued clients for the firm.
- Ability to work autonomously

**Skills and experience**
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in an Assurance environment in a Chartered / CPA accounting practice with prior staff management experience.
- Be a fully qualified CA/CPA.
- Be technically proficient and up to date with auditing and accounting standards.
- Good previous exposure to developing relationships with clients and team members.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet audit deadlines for multiple clients.
- Excellent staff leadership skills and prior experience in managing a team.
