About the opportunity:

We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Bids & Marketing Manager to join our Office team in Sydney. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the development and execution of bids, proposals, and presentations, ensuring our submissions are aligned with Charter Hall's strategy and brand. You'll play a key part in achieving leasing outcomes, driving efficiencies, and supporting internal stakeholders to secure and retain tenant customers across our Office portfolio.

As a senior member of the Marketing and Customer Experience team, you'll provide leadership and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders, reinforcing Charter Hall's reputation as a customer-centric business and thought leader in the industry.

What you'll be doing:

Right from the start, you'll make an impact by:

• Lead the end-to-end bids process for the Office portfolio, including EOIs, RFPs, and presentations.
• Coordinate content creation and ensure all submissions align with Charter Hall's strategy and brand.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and asset teams to deliver compelling proposals.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and governance across multiple concurrent bids.
• Build and maintain bid resources, templates, and collateral for the team.
• Support business unit needs, including capability documents and investor presentations.
• Implement new initiatives to enhance bid quality, efficiency, and innovation.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive leasing outcomes.

Your point of difference – What you'll bring to the team:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications.
• 10+ years' experience in bid, marketing, or brand management roles (commercial real estate experience preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in account/project management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
• High resilience, initiative, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and document management systems.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of market trends.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to improvement.
• Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
