This role will be based in Metropolitan Sydney at Mosman.

**To be successful for the required Security Clearance, you must be an Australian Citizen.**

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the core responsibility of our** Facilities Supervisor** is to deliver on a service promise to our client that consistently exceeds expectations whilst ensuring the highest degree of compliance at all times.

- Manage the delivery of the service agreement and financial performance to ensure that KPI’s are achieved
- Maintain systems capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders
- Manage maintenance planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, services, and activities
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide technical and management service support to the client including the development of technical reports

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of vendors, interfacing with all internal and external customers
- Vendor management, scheduling, and supervision of essential services
- Managing maintenance activities as required for client or tenant service requests
- Manage all Service Request priorities and Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters
- Capture all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site/s
- Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are achieved
- Carry out site condition assessment audits
- Review, verify and approve all monthly invoices
- Support and assist the Facilities Manager as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated facilities management experience in the management of large-scale maintenance activities & multiple sites
- Proven ability in working within an integrated service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage contractors
- Able to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Trade background or equivalent
