**About the Company**
A well-established food manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers and as part of their commitment to food safety and quality, they are seeking a driven and experienced Food Safety Supplier Lead to join the team in the western suburbs of Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the safety and integrity of their supply chain.

**About the Role**
As the Vendor Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the food safety and quality aspects of our supplier network. You will collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Your primary focus will be to maintain strong relationships with suppliers both domestically and internationally while assessing their food safety practices and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a food safety or quality role within the food manufacturing industry, with a focus on supplier management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP and GFSI standards (e.g., SQF)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive food safety initiatives.
