This is a hybrid role working from our Melbourne office on a 12 month contract.

**What You Will Do**:

- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to determine recruitment priorities and plans.
- Utilise various sourcing methods like direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and networking to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Draft and refine job descriptions and salary packages based on market research and internal benchmarks.
- Initiate and drive new talent acquisition strategies and programmes to enhance our recruitment processes.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: Proven track record as a technical recruiter within a technology company, ideally with some experience within start-up and/or scaleup.
- ** Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- ** Characteristics**: Must be a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for tech recruitment.
- ** Requirements**: Familiarity with modern recruitment tools including Lever and BambooHR; full Australian working rights is a must.
