Melbourne, Australia GroupM Full time

GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. Our industry is changing at a rapid pace, and we always need to be sourcing talent ahead of the curve so we have an established audience we can tap and engage. We compete for the best talents with multinational organizations, renowned listed internet firms and start-ups, so you should be inventive and creative in your approach to TA.

At GroupM, our people are our strength, which is why fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion is important to us.

**3 best things about being a Talent Acquisition Partner**:

- You will be at the heart of acquiring talent for the leading media agency group in Australia.
- Work in a fun and fast-paced industry at the heart of digital, data analytics, content, and technology where we value new ideas and thinking to bring in the next wave of best talent for our business.
- Demonstrate your ability to collaborate and acquire the very best talent as we shape the next era of media where advertising works better for our people, planet, and communities.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is critical in providing expert strategy planning, support, and delivery to GroupM’s agency portfolio. The position requires an experienced recruitment professional adept at managing stakeholders’ expectations whilst rallying the team to deliver to consistent high volumes.

**A little more about you**:
You have a passion and flair for Talent Acquisition always seeking to connect great people with great opportunities. You are a doer and when the going gets tough, you get going. You act fast and see delivery through to the end. You value building long lasting trusting relationships through consistent delivery and your consultative approach. You have ideas and you are open to sharing them to improve service delivery for everyone’s benefit. Most importantly, you are a team player.

**What your role looks like at GroupM**:

- Challenge the brief: find a passion within the agencies to move away from ‘traditional’ competitors as the only source of talent and provide methods of finding alternative talent. Promote any success stories from past hires with non-traditional experience.
- Strong experience in providing insights, analytics, and reporting including hard to fill roles, turnover, retention of new hires, and internal mobility.
- Create effective and proactive solutions for senior stakeholders’ recruitment needs including creation of talent pipelines and succession planning.
- Research and implementation of new strategies and technologies to build the talent pipeline across the different agencies encouraging a proactive approach to recruitment.
- Proactive partnerships with Senior People Partners, providing/gathering insights and recruiting trends across the industry.
- Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent, ensuring a focus on DEI within talent practices.
- Keep abreast of best practice industry and talent rends which are relevant to recruitment and share knowledge and findings throughout the team.
- Identify and maintain competitive intelligence on key industry talent, building a talent ‘database’ to ensure we can quickly approach top talent ahead of our growth needs.
- Go deep with our agencies, creating and delivering a Talent Acquisition plan that shows in depth understanding of their needs, wants, expectations, and idiosyncrasies.
- Ability to work in a high volume, needs driven environment while providing support to your peers.
- Ensure that our recruitment CRM (Jobvite) is kept up to date with relevant top-tier talent and you are an active contributor to ensuring they are targeted with content.
- Provide regular reporting and insights about Talent Acquisition to our hiring manager and leadership teams, the Head of Talent Acquisition, and broader People & Culture community.
- Consistently demonstrating high value of client service to ensure that the Talent team is seen as a trusted and valued team within the organisation.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Extensive experience working as a TA Partner within an in-house talent acquisition/recruitment function.
- Ideally a track record of dealing with high volume of roles.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity in a highly complex matrix structure.
- Highly solutions-driven, adaptable, possessing a strong growth mindset.
- Proven senior stakeholder management experience.
- Loves data, speed, and accuracy, and collaborative relationships at all time.
- Ability to drive innovative talent attraction strategies and influence hiring decisions through data.
