The National Grower Register (NGR) is currently seeking a passionate individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Customer Care Representative. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and service to our valued customers. **About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in an office environment and is skilled in providing top-quality customer service. As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide support that empowers our customers to effectively manage their accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers maintain current, active, and accurate records in the system, enabling the industry to have confidence in the reliability of this information for contact and payment purposes. We prioritise security and privacy in all our operations and comprehensive training will be provided, along with ongoing support and guidance.
This role offers a standard professional business day on a rotating roster between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional opportunities to work on weekends or public holidays, depending on the time of year.
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
