**Job Overview**
This is a full-time role working as Ahoy Club’s Central Agency Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a critical time of growth as we grow to be the #1 luxury experiences provider. You will be responsible for managing, expanding, and retaining our Central Agency fleet, locally and globally. You will manage the yachts’ data, marketing material, growth strategies, marketing, commercial strategies, and the flow of information and communication between the yacht and various sources of demand.
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue for all yachts within the CA fleet meeting sales KPIs.
- Drive and motivate the internal retail team and brokers to secure CA fleet bookings
- Be the key point of contact amongst all brokers globally for CA fleet bookings and enquiries
- Manage the CA booking pipeline
- Manage and own the brand identity of all yachts within the CA fleet and ensure all comms adhere to identity guidelines
- Drive and own the full marketing mix for the CA fleet
- Ensure yacht listings, availability, and pricing across all channels are always accurate and reflect the yacht in the best possible way while adhering to brand guidelines. This includes but is not limited to the Ahoy Club website, Yachtfolio, third-party websites, social media channel as well as all collateral including brochures.
- Manage and set commercial KPIs for each fleet in discussion with key team members globally and key moments within the customer calendar
- Manage all B2B and B2C campaigns for the CA Fleet in conjunction with sales, marketing team and owners
- Manage and streamline all communications internally and externally in a timely manner
- Produce monthly and annual reports
- Work closely with Ahoy Clubs Yacht Manager to ensure all charters are appropriately briefed and successfully executed
- Manage yacht data, availability, pricing and communication across all demand channels.
- Build an excellent brand reputation among owners and yacht crew and brokers.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for growth and deliver winning strategies.
- Identify and solve customer issues in a timely manner and provide excellent solutions.
**What we’re looking for**
- Brand and commercial experience managing and growing a service or product
- Previous communications management within campaign planning
- The ability to think customer-first in all executions
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and upselling skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and overall communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting and growth-building strategies
- Previous sales & marketing experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (we move fast).
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Experience in yachting is a plus
