We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our EZConcept team at Studco Building Systems. Based at our Croydon office, this full-time role is all about turning potential into performance—supporting current customers and bringing new ones on board.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
This role is perfect if you love the energy of sales and the satisfaction of helping clients find the right solution. Here’s what your day might look like:

- Respond to inbound sales enquiries promptly, with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Provide helpful, technical product support to customers
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to build smart sales strategies
- Track your pipeline and keep sales activities up to date in the CRM
- Uncover new business opportunities and help expand our reach

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales or business development role (bonus if it’s in construction or building products)
- Strong problem-solving instincts and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for results
- Solid grasp of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- A positive, proactive attitude and a real interest in helping customers succeed
