**What are we looking for?**
- We are expanding our ER team and welcome an Employee Relations Advisor. It's important to us you are the best fit and meet the following:

- Someone who enjoys a busy and hands on role, who can manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to customise your approach to who you are interacting with
- Confidence to interpret multiple Enterprise Agreements and provide best practise advice
- Experience and strength in drafting and developing reports, statistics and documentation
- An eye for detail, with the ability to edit and make recommendations
- We welcome all applicants with experience working in large organisations or the Victorian Public Health sector.
