**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists to join Western Health's dynamic People and Culture Division as a People & Culture Employee Relations Advisor. In this impactful role, you will act as a first point of contact for workplace relations matters, providing expert advice and hands-on support across employee grievances, performance management, investigations and industrial relations. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, playing a key role in promoting best-practice employee relations and contributing to the development of positive workplace culture.

The successful applicant will be a key contact for workplace relations matters, supporting employees and leaders with expert advice and practical assistance. The role involves managing employee grievances, advising on performance management and industrial matters, and contributing to the delivery of a fair, consistent and values-aligned approach to employee relations across Western Health.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and professional advice on employee relations and human resources matters.
- Support managers through performance and conduct processes, including investigations.
- Contribute to policy development, training delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance and risk management obligations.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in employee or workplace relations roles.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a related field.
- Knowledge of relevant industrial legislation, awards and enterprise agreements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage competing demands and work collaboratively.
- Experience in conducting or supporting workplace investigations is highly desirable.
