**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Facilitate the management of the School Crossing Supervisor scheme operations across geographically diverse locations, administering related human resource processes including recruitment and selection, onboarding, payroll functions and staff performance.
- Support the implementation of road safety programs within the Road Safety unit and work effectively as a team member and contribute to team objectives.
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues and representatives of other government agencies and community groups to deliver on agreed road safety outcomes and comply with departmental customer service quality and performance standards.
