We are seeking a AO4.1 - System Coordinator for a government role.

In this role, you will be responsible to support Operations Manager to implementation of uniform systems and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of these systems.

Contract Details:

- The role is based in Nareng, Gold Coast.
- Contract for 12 months (possible extension).
- Hourly rate: AO4.1 - $54.34 ph.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice to Project Managers, Supervisors and Project Systems Representatives on system issues.
- Local support and information for systems.
- Advise staff of process and system updates.
- Maintain Quality, Safety, Environmental Policies and Accountability documents.
- Review site facilities and provided advise.
- Develop and maintain the Business Units Audit Schedule (Financial Year).
- Consult with Systems Advisor on audit status/changes to maintain Audit Schedule.
- Maintain the Business Units Internal Document Register for electronic and hardcopy documents.

**Required Skills**:

- 2 years (or more) experience in a similar role and/or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
