**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the **planning and financial strategy** of key product categories—think sales targets, margins, and stock turns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like **Category Management, Space Planning**, and **Marketing** to build effective, customer-centric assortments
- Track performance and **analyse key merchandise KPIs** to find commercial opportunities
- Help manage **inventory health**—ensuring core and new lines are in stock, aged and deleted stock is cleared, and stock efficiencies are met
- Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to a positive, outcomes-driven team culture

**What you’ll bring**:

- A **retail or commercial background**—you get how the shop floor works and have a solid understanding of product flow and customer behaviour
- A keen interest in **merchandise planning or buying**—you may not have done it yet, but you’re eager to learn
- Strong **analytical thinking and commercial acumen**—you like to ask _why_, and you love to solve problems
