Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Merchandise Planner to contribute to our organization's success. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at turning data into strategic insights, has a keen eye for stock and sales performance, and is driven to make a significant impact across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning processes that drive performance across sales, profit, GMROI, and stockturn.
  • Collaborate closely with Category, Demand & Supply, and Space Planning teams to ensure every decision is informed by data and aligned to customer-centric strategies.
  • Play a leading role in planning and influencing Range architecture and assortment strategies, Promotional and clearance financial outcomes, Clustering and inventory efficiency initiatives, and Category-level commercial planning and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in merchandise planning (retail or similar environment).
  • Financial and budget management skills, including ownership of overall target budgets.
  • Tactical experience managing sales, profit, stock, and inventory health.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with merchandise planning systems and analytical tools.
