Red Gum specialises in delivering high quality fundraising campaigns on behalf of well-known Australian charities. We are seeking one individual to join our team as a Campaign Manager for one of our prestigious clients. If you have direct sales management experience or have previous experience as a Sales Lead, contact us to tell us what you would make of this role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Campaign Manager who is looking to advance their sales career. Red Gum has a genuine commitment to staff development. You will have industry leading ongoing training as well as gaining a solid understanding of back end charity systems facilitated by leaders in the industry.

**Your Role**:

- Drive performance of the Sydney Events or Residential teams to achieve their fundraising objectives and targets
- Coach
- Manage and motivate team members
- Provide daily training and coaching to the team
- Weekly team meetings

**Experience & Skills**:

- Experience leading a fundraising or sales team
- Proven track record exceeding sales/fundraising targets
- Experience delivering training and coaching to fundraisers
