We are seeking a self-motivated, innovative leader to join APRA AMCOS as a Screen & Games Manager to complement a dynamic, friendly, passionate and well-established member focused department. Reporting to the Director, Writer Services; you will deliver services to Screen and Games writers and contribute to managing bespoke and specialist initiatives. This role is accountable for all stakeholder engagement across the Film, TV and Games sector, whilst overseeing the resolution of member queries related to cue sheets, international royalties and distributions. This is a permanent full-time position based in the Sydney office in Ultimo.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure the delivery of a consistent, high quality, responsive and timely APRA AMCOS service to our members and key stakeholders
- Oversee the delivery of all events for Film, TV, Games members in consultation with Senior Management
- Account management of high-profile members that sit within the Film, TV and Games sector.
- Represent APRA AMCOS at Music Industry/Film and TV relevant events and forums.
- Liaise with Comms on all film & TV event related promotion.
- Assist with Screen Awards preparation and organise judging panels
- Actively develop a strong network of relationships and partnerships with industry stakeholders
- Communicate regularly with all team members, colleagues and management and build positive working relationships with key internal departments.
- Deliver educational training workshops in concert with key stakeholders.
- Identify and nurture new talent within the Film, TV and Games sector.
- Support special projects as required Leadership of a direct report

**Skills and Experience:
- Significant music business experience and profile
- At least 5 years working at a management level
- Highly experienced in establishing member relationships
- Demonstrated public speaking experience
- Strong administrator and operational management experience.
- Demonstrated project management and event management experience
- Ability to deliver membership campaigns and strategies Ability to problem solve and manage difficult conversations
