We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious and results-driven person to join the team as OneMusic National Licensing Manager. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, based in our Ultimo Office.

The OneMusic National Licensing Manager is responsible for owning the targets of a phone-based licensing team and executing on the sales strategy to support and grow the business. Your focus will be on driving sales and assisting your team in exceeding their KPI’s through your leadership, motivation and coaching skills.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Successfully manage, lead and motivate the phone-based sales team to meet monthly and quarterly KPI targets
- Supporting the team to convert leads via coaching and development
- Conduct regular structured performance and personal development One-on-Ones with direct reports
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and campaigns
- Recommend and support Senior Management with creating and implementing sales processes to improve productivity and revenue delivery

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in leading and managing a high-performance sales team
- Proven sales ability at a senior level, including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Proven client relationship management skills
- Proven effective written and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
