**Black Classic**, a leading fundraising agency specialising in face-to-face marketing, is looking for a talented **Marketing Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will identify market opportunities, design strategic campaigns, and ensure the delivery of innovative marketing solutions that drive donor acquisition and retention for our charity partners.

**About the Role Location**: Sydney NSW

Full-time, $75,000.00+Super per annum As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

- **Analyse and predict market trends** to develop targeted donor acquisition strategies.
- **Plan, develop, and manage advertising campaigns**, coordinating production elementssuch as artwork, copywriting, and media placement.
- **Advise clients and stakeholders** on marketing strategies that align with sales objectivesand maximise outreach.
- **Prepare and execute marketing objectives** to support organisational growth and clientsuccess.
- **Collaborate with creative, operational, and client-facing teams** to deliver seamlesscampaigns.
- **Monitor and report on campaign performance**, using insights to refine and optimisestrategies.This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on strategic planning, data-driven insights, and creative problem-solving

**About You**To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong experience in marketing, advertising, or fundraising campaign management, ideally in the non-profit or subscription-based sector.
- The ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with face-to-face marketing and subscription-based donor acquisition methods (highly desirable).

You will be an exceptional collaborator, able to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams while maintaining a results-driven approach.
