**The Role**

As the Digital Marketing and Performance Manager you will be responsible for driving growth across all digital channels (paid marketing, EDMs, SMS, push notifications, eCommerce) and will be able to inspire and lead your own team.

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer this role will be responsible for:

- Innovating and implementing digital marketing and advertising initiatives and strategies to unleash a growing flow of new prospects and customers.
- Understanding consumer behaviour, psychology and demographics in order to create attractive and relevant lead magnets for all digital sales funnels
- Lead, inspire and mentor a high performing team of marketing specialists to drive growth across
- Lead the strategy and execution of marketing activities to support growth of digital channels on our ecommerce websites; Paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify), Google Search Engine Marketing (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) to name a few.
- Digital Performance and Reporting - reporting on KPIs and results as well as conducting regular marketing research, reporting and analytics to provide valuable industry, consumer and competitor insights, ensuring these are well communicated, easily interpreted and utilised throughout the team.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to generate a roadmap for the brands’ customer flows and new customer acquisition.
- Identify new product opportunities and work on development of these with internal teams and developers to bring these to market.
- Working with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate revenue growth and build our brands in line with the eCommerce strategy.
- Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to create a seamless brand experience across our sales channels.
- Work collaboratively with the operations and sales teams to monitor and maintain stock levels across websites.
- Utilise web analytics to identify actionable improvements to further convert visitors and drive those changes end-to-end.

**About you**

You will have solid experience and proven track-record in sales and performance marketing within the ecommerce space along with a strong understanding of customer prospecting / lead nurturing, and experience with relevant tools & sales platforms.

You are proactive, hard-working, detail-oriented, with a hunger for driving growth and innovation, and the ability to work on multiple brands and simultaneous campaigns and projects.
- An attentive listener and strong communicator, you will be able to motivate and work closely alongside your team to drive continuous innovation and growth across channels.
