**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role plays a pivotal part in the consulting team working on internal and client projects. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior leaders in contributing to client projects, business development & marketing initiatives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Using your existing network, you will work with the CEO to attract new clients;
- Engage with, coach and work with board and executive level client stakeholders;
- Conduct data analysis to provide meaningful and actionable insights;
- Work in partnership with creative team, designing award-winning cultural transformation initiatives;
- Stakeholder management - establish client expectations and effectively communicate those across the team;
- Work alongside Project Management team to track deadlines, deliverables, resources, timelines and P&L for each individual project;
- Be able to write clear and well-reasoned reports for client projects.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Current experience in organisational culture, organisational development and/or organisational design, preferably in a consulting environment is highly desirable;
- Be able to think outside of the box;
- Possess 3-5 years of demonstrated experience delivering medium-large programs of work or running concurrent smaller projects that reflect the levels of complexity and ambiguity of typical large-scale transformations;
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills;
- Sound research and analytical skills;
- Demonstrated experience in project management;
- A desire to be part of something awesome and make a difference in business and the community;
- Have strong consulting or industry experience with cross sector knowledge and capabilities;
- Ability to drive initiatives from concept through to implementation;
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
- Highly developed communication and reporting skills.
