It’s an exciting time for tennis in Australia and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. To help us achieve our plan we are looking for an Officiating Operations Coordinator to join our team at Tennis Australia and contribute to the growth of tennis on a full time, ongoing basis.

The Officiating Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the delivery of successful officiating operations for tennis events across Australia. This role will be responsible for the provision of quality customer service and administration of Tennis Australia’s Officiating Membership program. You will act as the initial point of contact for new and existing officials.

About the role
- Reporting into the Officiating Operations Lead, in this role you will:_
- Coordinate operational requirements for officials and relevant event staff during the International, National and Competitive Play Events across the country
- Deliver membership services and communications including newsletters, social media, website
- Administer membership benefits including service awards as well as reward and recognition programs
- Provide advice and support to customers and actively source solutions to assist them
- Maintain the national Officiating database including up to date event information, accreditation, work records and assessment information
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for officials and other tournament staff

- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
- Exceptional developed interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience writing stakeholder communications
- Excellent technology skills and ability to learn new technology systems quickly
- Professional administrative skills with high efficiency
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
