**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Develop and support solutions (Including attraction events and projects such as graduate recruitment) that deliver high performing and highly engaged talent across carsales.
- Work with top tier technology such as SmartRecruiters, including integrations with Testgrid, Vieple, CV Check and HROnboard) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Premium Talent search, consistently discovering how technology can support how we recruit.
- Collaborate and connect with Hiring Managers/Teams to build capability to attract and engage talent directly via regular coaching and workshops.
- Partner and agree priorities with the People and Culture team and contribute to broader People and Culture business projects and initiatives as required.
- Number of vacancies can fluctuate, generally 10-15 roles, however support is always available from the broader team during peak periods.

You will be joining and contributing to a highly engaged People and Culture team and supported by strong expertise from our Business Partners, Advisors, Reward team, Payroll, Corporate Affairs, Employment Brand and Sustainability team there is always plenty to learn and be challenged by
- Expertise working with stakeholders to deliver value with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility and self-motivation to consistently maintain momentum required to overcome challenges.
- Hosting and engagement skills to lead attraction events.
