**About the Role**:
The People Services Coordinator is responsible for key elements of the Employee Lifecycle across the Asia Pac platform, specifically process and documentation for onboarding, offboarding and internal movements that deliver a positive Employee experience at every stage of the lifecycle. With the People Services Manager, you will own data integrity and reporting of the HR Information System and ensuring ITW Construction meets legislative as well as Organisational requirements and ensuring we fully optimise our systems and process for greatest efficiency and effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and continuously improve documentation and process at each stage of the Employee Lifecycle (onboarding, internal moves, offboarding) with ITW Employee experience framework as key focus;
- Data Integrity of HR Information System (Workday) - working with Managers and HR team to ensure Workday is correct and up to date;
- Workday ‘Subject Matter Expert (SME') - key HRIS local internally lead, liaising regularly with US counterparts to be at the forefront of system optimisation;
- Regularly review existing and design new policies and procedures in line with business needs and legislative changes;
- Produces reports using various data sources to enable HR Team and business to improve Employee Experience: information analysis using survey and Workday data and derives insights: including key HR metrics monthly, end of year compensation cycle, Talent review data, Survey data;
- Manage platform Recognition program data integrity and employee queries
- Manage and deliver key projects that support and deliver improvements for the Employee Experience; and
- Work closely with Payroll to ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement.

**Skills and Experience**:

- HR Degree or similar
- Preferably some experience in a general HR role. but not essential
- Desired: familiar with ANZ employment law, including awards and enterprise agreements
- Desired: Experience with Workday or other HRIS software
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
- Collaborative, works well with others
- Critically reviews current processes and proposes new and innovative approaches
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
