**People Power Consulting (PPC)**, the HR arm of the iconic Gradi Group, is seeking an experienced **HR Advisor** with strong technical capability across payroll support, return-to-work coordination, and WorkCover management.

**Salary**:$85,000 - $95,000 per annum excluding super - **Full-Time**
**Location**:Coburg North VIC - Hybrid

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, ensuring timely communication with employees, insurers, and managers.
- Support payroll accuracy and integrity, including timesheet approvals, classification checks, and award compliance.
- Provide expert advice on WorkCover claims, medical certificates, and rehabilitation planning. Monitor compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and payroll legislation, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and pay classifications across venues.
- Review and enhance HR and payroll processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Partner with venue leaders to implement best-practice injury management and return-to-work plans.
- Provide generalist HR support as required, including documentation, compliance, and advisory tasks.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator, Advisor, or Generalist with consistent progression **in Australia.**:

- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, Fair Work legislation, and award interpretation (Restaurant Award highly regarded).
- Demonstrated experience coordinating **workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs**, ideally within a multi-site or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with **payroll and HRIS systems** (e.g. Xero, Roubler, Deputy or similar) with a focus on data accuracy and award compliance.
- Strong understanding of Fair Work and WorkSafe Victoria obligations.
