to join our Melbourne CBD office as a
Graduate Finance and Administration Coordinator
.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone looking to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment and develop practical skills across
finance, accounting, and business administration
.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, process payments, generate invoices, and prepare Recipient Created Tax Invoices (RCTIs) while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Enter and reconcile financial data accurately in accounting systems (e.g., Xero), monitor operational costs (fuel, tolls, etc.), and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and manage essential business documents, maintain filing systems, and support internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support compliance activities by maintaining registers, tracking licences, and ensuring adherence to internal and external policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, handle inquiries, and maintain strong professional relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a
    Master of Accounting
    or related qualification (Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (experience with Xero or similar software is an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
