Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Graduate to join our innovative and high performing People and Culture team.

**Joining us as a People and Culture Graduate, you will**:

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to continuously improve processes touching each stage of the employee life-cycle and HR service delivery.
- Support the HR Manager in all people related activities such as: administration, onboarding, recruitment, compliance, training & development, industrial instrument interpretation, case management, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support projects including consultation, planning, implementation and resolution of project issues, with the opportunity to work in cross-functional project teams.
- Develop and foster trusted relationships across many areas of WISE Employment, including the P&C team.

You will also keep up to date with:

- Human Resource Management related trends and developments
- Relevant legislation, such as Modern Awards, EEO and Employment Law
- WISE policies and procedures

A truly hybrid role, the P&C Graduate will be based in the Preston/Heidelberg site 2 days a week, with a view to attend the North Melbourne HO once a fortnight.

This opportunity is a full-time maximum term contract for 12 months.
