About Us

HR Logix is a leading Australian-owned transport and logistics company delivering reliable, tech-driven solutions across the nation. We're expanding our team and seeking a passionate Marketing Graduate with strong content writing and research skills to join our Melbourne CBD office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and driven graduate who's eager to apply their academic knowledge and writing expertise in a fast-paced, professional logistics environment. You'll play a key role in developing engaging website content, strengthening our brand presence, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality website content, blog posts, and service pages that communicate our logistics solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor positioning, and opportunities within the transport and logistics industry.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, client presentations, and case studies.
  • Manage and update content across company platforms including website, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
  • Continuously optimise the website and content hub using insights from Adobe Analytics, SEO tools, and stakeholder feedback to improve discoverability, usability, and conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft engaging communication materials for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and audience engagement metrics.
  • Support marketing administration tasks such as maintaining databases, coordinating assets, and assisting with project timelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in content writing, SEO, or website copy development.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and industry insights.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with attention to tone and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Cloud is highly regarded.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the logistics sector.
