Our business is growing and so is our team. We are now looking to add an experienced and motivated **Interior Design Consultant **to our already amazing team.

**THE ROLE**

Based in our office in Camberwell, this role is all about taking our clients through a premium customer experience, where you will partner with our clients to help their dreams come true.

There is an opportunity for Part time or Full time work arrangements, however your availability to work Saturdays is a MUST.

**Within this role your responsibilities would include**:

- Ensure MARQUE Studio is always presentable for client appointments.
- Preparation of documents for Colour and/or Electrical appointments.
- Complete Colour and Electrical checks with appropriate checklist and prepare relevant variations.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and signed by clients within given timeframes.
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance to clients in selecting colour schemes, finishes and materials.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all client enquiries in a professional manner.
- Attendance of supplier training sessions to ensure up to date product knowledge.
- Knowledge of Marque Property Group specifications, promotions, and various projects.

**What are we looking for**:

- Minimum3 years' experience as an Interior Design/Colour Consultant in the residential building industry (luxury / custom build exp - highly regarded).
- Understanding of building regulations, building codes and various stages of residential building process.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans.
- Intermediate computer skills in particular, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM programs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Qualification in Interior Design or Certificate IV in Interior Design and Decoration
- Electrical Consultant Experience preferred but not essential.
